This updated foam is softer and provides extra cushioning and response. An updated design of the full-length carbon fiber plate allows for a 14% increase in asymmetry for a more natural (and potentially faster) stride. This comprehensive improvement, coupled with additional flex grooves in the outsole, gives you a 75% increase in flexibility.
